California's Prop. 8 ban on same-sex marriage ruled unconstitutional!

The Legislature has passed an expansion of the domestic partnership law that would make it everything but marriage in name, and Governor Gregoir has promised to sign it into law on May 18th. In response, Larry Stickney, president of the Washington Values Alliance, has filed Referendum 71, which would overturn it.
